 The procedure of submitting a claim for the invitation:
To submit a claim for the invitation for the Russian visa you should fill in our visa application form. Please, answer ALL the questions, if some of them are not answered the order will be delayed. It is also necessary to send us a copy of the passport which containing the passport number, origin, and your personal details. You can send this by FAX or email. We can only accept your order only if we have this passport copy.

When your order is fulfilled we will send you a cover letter with an original invitation from Moscow Passport & Visa Department. After getting these documents you may go to the consulate to obtain the visa.

 Payment
We reserve the right to delay or cancel your request if payments are not confirmed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club. Payments by cash can be carried out in our Moscow office. In case of the payments are carried out by bank transfer, please send us a copy of the payment order from your bank.

To pay with a credit card you should fill in an Authorization Form, sign it and send it by fax or by e-mail.

 The procedure of cancelling or amending visa application
To cancel your order or to change it after the documents were submitted to the PVS office you will have to pay a fee that is determined individually. The payment cannot be returned after the invitation is ready. To change the order registered, an additional payment should be made. Please send your requests to cancel or to change your order only by fax or e-mail.
 Applying for the visa at the Russian Consulate
When applying for the visa at the Russian Consulate, the following is required:

• Passport
• Passport copy
• 1 matt finished passport size photo
• Evidence of medical insurance (only for Schengen and Izrael)

It should be noted that a consulate always reserves the right to require some additional documents at its discretion.

The applicant is required to present a completed consular application form, as well as the original invitation. Applicants are advised to apply well in advance as not all Consulates offer same day services and the process of getting visa may take from 1 up to 21 days.

Consular application form contains a question about inviting organization in Russia. Please note that the inviting company is written on your Invitation.

Be sure to complete the correct "reason for the trip" and "aims of the visit".
